It was newly opened branch and was grand. The portions are huge, the platter was enough to feed a group of 7 people. We ordered some extras such as the cheese Naan and butter chicken and had to take it away as we had no idea that the portions were so big. Definitely, a bang for your buck. This place is a top-notch choice in Durham Region for Kababs, excelling in both food quality and service. The Tandoori Chicken Express Bowl, whether on rice and salad or served with fries, is truly amazing. The staff is consistently friendly, and their service is consistently excellent. I'd give it a solid 5/5, definitely a must-try.
This place is fantastic! I popped in one night not even realizing that it was there as I was grabbing a late night pizza next door. They were closing for the night and I asked them if they had a menu —they didn’t have a menu, but they were so kind to stop what they were doing and explain everything to me and when I was leaving, they offered me a sample bowl of chicken and rice. Always great food, flavourful, generous amount for a decent price tag. Worth it. I do recommend to anyone that enjoys eating bbq style food. Simple,tasteful & authentic. Tandoori wraps are good for ‘To-Go’ their platters are always good for a family dinner /lunch. They also do large catering orders which I’ve had plenty of times as well. Would recommend over and over.
I ordered the daily special, the food was okay. The only issue I really had was the picture in the daily special shows French fries. I thought that was a pretty good deal for the price, if I knew the fries were not included I doubt I would have purchased the food. My suggestion would be to take out the fries from the picture or at least put in “fries included with purchase of combo” so it doesn’t look like you would be receiving fries with your daily special order.
