What a complete dump! My good friends booked this place for July 4th weekend! Paid in advance and then later were told the place was FULL! Now they have to pay more to book somewhere else! Bait and switch. Terrible customer service. NEVER STAY HERE! BUYER BEWARE!
wife and I stayed here for three nights, absolutely no issues. great room with cathedral ceilings, bright and well lit. The room was big enough for two beds with a small kitchenette and a small bathroom. The linens are high quality and the room was clean upon check-in. The parking is the best you can get, directly outside your door. The pool is highly maintained and crystal clear. Very courteous and helpful staff. However, despite of its favorable location, the state of the room ruined everything. While I understand it's a budget motel, but the rooms, decor, furnishing were very outdated and old. Bathroom was extremely small and claustrophobic. The bright lights in the patio can't be turned off... making it impossible to sleep.
The manager at this property racially profiled us! I’m at lost for words! She refused to honor our reservation that was made on Expedia saying that it looks suspicious and it has an international phone number and a weird email address. I contacted Expedia and they are also not sure what that manager claimed to be seeing, because it has all of the correct information. Location is great, didn't have to fight much traffic - but that is the only good thing to say. The room was so outdated and not well maintained. The bathroom was super tiny with a tiny shower stall. The TV was small and mounted high on the wall - making it feel extra small. No breakfast. The pool was closed when we got there. Emailed the Inn prior to my stay and it stated I would receive a response within 24 hours but I never did get a response - I had to call a few times to get through instead.
