I came in and sat at the bar to grab a beer while I waited for friends. I watched Katie, the manager, work the bar, manage the staff, take to go order and take an application…all without missing a beat. I have worked in the food industry and it was refreshing to see how she navigated in between the manger role and also supporting her staff. I would definitely hire her as she did it all with a smile and professionalism.
